Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Lanxel's website, dashboard, browser extension and tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One account works across Lanxel and NumPool. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service to improve your own freelancer profiles, gigs and outreach.
- Do not resell, scrape or abuse the Service, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse‑engineer the Service, or bypass usage limits.
- Respect the terms of the marketplaces (e.g. Fiverr, Upwork) you use the tools alongside.
3. Plans, billing & balance
- Lanxel offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Max, Team). Paid features are described on the pricing page.
- Plans are purchased directly from your account balance, or by card, bank transfer or crypto. Your balance is shared with your NumPool account.
- Paid plans run for the period shown at purchase and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Except where required by law, payments and top‑ups are non‑refundable once the service has been delivered.
4. AI‑generated results
Tools that use AI produce suggestions to help you. Results may not always be accurate or suitable — review and edit them before you publish. You are responsible for the content you post to any marketplace. You own the results you generate.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error‑free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
6. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanxel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, sales or income outcome.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
