This Privacy Policy explains how Lanxel ("Lanxel", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website, dashboard, browser extension and related tools (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and password (passwords are stored only as a salted hash). One account works across Lanxel and NumPool.
• Usage data — the tools you run, keywords you search and gigs you analyze, so we can provide results, enforce fair‑use limits and improve the Service.
• Content you submit — text you paste into a tool (e.g. a gig or a service description) to generate a result. We do not sell this content.
• Payment data — when you buy a plan or add funds, payments are processed by our providers (card, bank transfer and crypto). We never see or store your full card number.
• Public marketplace data — when you use Keyword Radar or Contact Finder, we read publicly available information from marketplaces such as Fiverr and Upwork and from public web search results.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and secure the Service and your account.
• To generate the results you request and remember your recent tool and settings.
• To process plan purchases and top‑ups and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send you essential service messages (we do not send marketing email without consent).

3. AI processing

Some tools use AI models to generate results from the text you provide. Your input is sent to our AI provider only to produce your result and is not used to train third‑party public models. We do not claim ownership of your input or output — the results are yours to use.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that run the Service on our behalf (hosting, payment processing and AI inference), each bound to protect it, or where required by law.

5. The browser extension

The Lanxel extension runs on Fiverr and Upwork pages to overlay keyword and gig data. It reads the page you are already viewing to show you insights and does not collect your browsing history on other sites, your passwords, or your marketplace login.

6. Data retention & your rights

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or delete your account, at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Security

We use industry‑standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
